Hours:
We are open Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (MST). We are closed Saturday and
Sunday. You may call anytime between these hours, or leave a message after hours.
Ordering:
You may order by calling (801) 829-5877, or by faxing your order to (801) 829-3023.
All orders will be processed as quickly as possible; usually the same day if items
are in stock. When mailing or faxing an order please include your shipping address
and a phone number where you can be reached. If you are paying by credit card please
supply us with your complete card number and expiration date.
Payment:
We accept all major credit cards or orders may be shipped COD. When shipping COD
only certified check or money order will be accepted. When paying by credit card
please have the card number and expiration date ready when you call. All international
orders must be paid with a credit card.
Shipping & Damages:
All orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise specified. You will be charged shipping
both ways should an order be returned to us. These charges are the buyer's responsibility
and become a collection item if not paid within 30 days. Delivers by common carrier
are f.o.b. shipping point. We assume no responsibility beyond delivery to carrier
in good order and are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay occurring thereafter.
We will ship by the most reasonable means according to the size and weight of your
order unless given special instructions. All goods are carefully packed and in good
condition when shipped. Claims must be made with the carrier, not with Custom Pipes,
Inc. Please note the number of packages delivered as sometimes they will be separated
by the carrier.
Returns:
All unused items may be returned within 30 days with prior authorization and will
be subject to a 20% restocking fee. DO NOT return merchandise without prior authorization.
We do not allow returns on used items. All engine work is final, no exceptions.
Prices & Service:
We reserve the right to modify prices without notice and to bill at the prevailing
price at the time of shipment. Always check invoice for cost. Prompt service is
of primary consideration. Every effort will be made to ship an order the same day
it is received.
Limited Warranty:
We warranty our pipes for defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship for
90 days from purchase date. The warranty does not include neglect, abuse, modifications,
or improper installation. A return authorization number must be obtained before
returning any products. This can be obtained by calling (801) 829-5877.
A copy of the original receipt must be included.
Warranty Disclaimer
Because or their intended usage, Custom Pipes Inc. makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchasers of their products regarding performance, safety, fit, merchantability or length of service. Purchasersʼ are responsible for selection of proper goods and must rely on their own skills or judgement that such goods are suitable for purchasersʼ application.
Damaged or broken pipes can be repaired for a nominal fee and return shipping.
