Exhaust System Installation for '04 Skidoo Rev:

This pipe is easy to install.  Anyone can do it in 5 minutes.  All you do is pull the springs, remove the old exhaust system, install the pipe and muffler, reattach the springs and drop the clickers.  This pipe can be used with the stock muffler or any other after market mufflers.

 

 

Recommended Clutching and Jetting Instructions

800 Rev Sport Stock Jetting will work.
